Two week update
It's been almost two weeks since I charted my plan for a combination of our supplements and the Medifast diet. So far, it's gone pretty well. I actually don't have weigh-in numbers for you... I'll get those maybe in a week. But what I have really noticed is that the products, particularly Biolean, is helping knock down the appetite during the evening hours. This past weekend was difficult with a friend visiting from out of town and a lot of yard work to break down the willpower, but overall I'm pleased with the re-start.
The two biggest things I've noticed are the importance of keeping busy and getting the water in. It's really easy to simply grab a snack, be it an energy bar, popcorn, or a cookie, because you are happening to pass through the kitchen. No hunger, no craving, just you are there and so is the cookie...but not for long. It's almost automatic. I'm finding that if I have the will to grab a glass and down some water, not only does the water do all the good it always does, I also find I'm not as interested in the snack.
